Presented Nokia 808 - with 41 megapixels camera !

Although many believed that the operating system Symbian is dying, Nokia's World Mobile Congress in Barcelona unveiled 808 Pureview, whose main asset is a camera with a resolution of 41 megapixels.
There is no typo, just read - the new Nokia 808 Pureview will have a camera with 41 megapixels, which is more powerful than a professional DSLR camera at the moment. Nokia managed to do that combining the Carl Zeiss optics and proprietary technology for over-sampling of pixels.

Of course the high number of megapixels, especially from small sensor does not mean quality photos, but you'll soon see how we show PureView technology. The same technology will be incorporated in other phones of Nokia, so we can expect many more models with crazy high number of megapixels.

Some features of the new Nokia phone is the option Rich Recording, which captures crisp and clear audio files are up to 140 decibels.

The rest of the technical data relevant for the phone from the middle class - from 1,3 GHz processor is single core, the screen is the size of 4 inches and a resolution of 360x640 pixels, 512 RAM capacity and 16 GB.

The price for the device will be 450 euros, and sales will start in May.
